Personal Information…Born May 11, 1953 in Eldon, Missouri; the daughter of John and Alta Chipley. Married Jim Quigley June 28, 1975 in Boonville, Missouri. Three children: Matthew 25, Andrew 22, and Emily 18.
Public School…Elementary school in Versailles, Missouri. David Barton Junior High and Laura Speed Elliot High School in Boonville, Missouri. Graduated in 1971 as one of the Top Five Seniors.
Additional Education…Attended Southwest Missouri State 1971-1973, transferred to the University of Missouri 1973-1976 into the School of Nursing. Graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 1976. Attended the University of Michigan 1979-1981, earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 1981.
